    Care Instructions

    1) Make sure your tumbling composter is in an area that receives adequate sunlight.
    2) Ensure the lid of your composter is shut securely when not in use.
    3) Ensure the ground beneath the composter is leveled and well-draining.
    4) Fill the composter up with equal parts of green and brown material.
    5) Turn the drum every few days to aerate the compost and keep the material from becoming compacted.
    6) Check for a moist, but not too wet, consistency.
    7) Reduce odors by adding some dry materials like sawdust, shredded paper, or dry leaves.
    8) Remove finished compost from the drum periodically.
    9) Sift the compost if necessary and use it in your garden.
    10) Empty and clean your composter at least every six months.
