We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we cannot assist due to the perishable nature of our products.

Non-returnable items: custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Plants, Seeds, Bulbs, Feathers & Flowers — No Refunds or Exchanges All living and natural products — including plants, seeds, bulbs, feathers, and flowers — are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whether purchased in-store or online. Due to their perishable and unique nature, all sales are final.

If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately — we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once dispatched.

Approved refunds (on eligible items) are processed within a few working days.
