Place in a bright spot with indirect light — near a window is ideal. Tradescantia thrives in bright indirect light and produces its most vivid leaf colors with good light exposure. Water when the top 2cm of soil feels dry, ensuring the pot drains fully each time. Avoid overwatering as soggy soil can cause root rot. Pinch back the tips regularly to encourage bushy, full growth and prevent the stems from becoming too leggy. Tradescantia is a fast grower and will reward regular care with lush, trailing stems.
