How to Sow in Kuwait (Outdoor Plant)

Sow the seeds during the cooler growing season, ideally from October to February, when temperatures allow proper germination and strong early growth. Plant each seed 1–2 cm deep in well-drained soil and place them in a sunny outdoor spot. Water lightly after planting and keep the soil slightly moist until seedlings appear, usually within 5–10 days. Once established, sunflowers thrive in full sun and require moderate watering—let the top layer of soil dry slightly between waterings. Avoid sowing during Kuwait’s extreme summer heat, as seedlings may fail to establish.
