How to Sow in Kuwait (Outdoor or Balcony Pots)
Sow lavender seeds during the cooler months, ideally October to February, as the seeds need mild temperatures to germinate. Fill a pot or bed with well-draining soil, press the seeds gently on the surface, and lightly cover them with a thin layer of soil or sand. Keep the soil slightly moist but never wet—lavender seeds take longer to sprout, usually 2–4 weeks. Place the pot in a sunny area where it receives at least 5–6 hours of sunlight daily. Once seedlings grow stronger, water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry between waterings. Lavender grows best in full sun and low humidity, making Kuwait’s winter season ideal for establishing healthy plants.
Seed Count: Approx 20 seeds.
