Place your Hobbit in the brightest spot available — it thrives in full sun or very bright indirect light. Water deeply but infrequently, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings; in Kuwait's summer heat, once every 2–3 weeks is ideal. Use a well-draining succulent or cactus mix and a pot with drainage holes. Avoid overwatering at all costs — the number one cause of decline in this plant.
