Eruca Sativa (Arugula) is a fast-growing leafy green with a peppery flavor. Sow seeds in well-draining soil at a depth of ¼ inch. Space plants 6-12 inches apart. Germinates in 5-7 days and is ready to harvest in 30-40 days. Ideal for salads, sandwiches, and garnishes.
