  • Unworn or unused, with tags

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important: Customers have 24 hours after delivery to report any issues. If an issue is reported after this 24-hour period, we are unable to provide assistance due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Plants

Due to the perishable, natural, and unique nature of our plant products, we do not offer refunds.

Order Dispatch and Cancellation:

  • If an order has been dispatched, we cannot process a refund.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by phone, message, or WhatsApp at the number provided. Since we strive to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.


  • An item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been prepared for delivery and received by the recipient.
  • Items will only be accepted for return after inspection for any damage or alterations made post-purchase.
