Dieffenbachia Tropic Snow - Dumb Cane

A large leafy winner in the Dieffenbachia family, this dumb cane is alive with colour. Big broad waxy leaves are electrified with bright white and yellow striping, giving this proud plant a point of difference from its cousins.

Light
Dieffenbachiax enjoy bright, indirect light but can tolerate light shade. Lower light levels reduce the rate of growth and dull the leaf variegation. Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves.

Watering
The soil should be lightly moist at all times, but not soggy. Water when the top of the soil starts to dry out.

Temperature
Prefers warm to higher temperatures, ideally between 18-24°C but can cope with as low as 10°C for short periods. Avoid draughts.

Feed
Apply a weak dose of a fertiliser about once a week during the growing season.
