Care Guide
Carpet Moss thrives in bright to medium indirect light — avoid direct sunlight as it will dry out and turn brown quickly. Keep the moss consistently moist by misting regularly with water; it should never fully dry out but should not sit in standing water. It prefers high humidity environments, making it ideal for closed or semi-closed terrariums. In open displays, mist daily to maintain moisture levels. Use filtered or rainwater where possible as moss is sensitive to the minerals and chlorine found in tap water. Keep in a cool to room temperature environment away from heat sources, direct sun, and air conditioning vents.
