All three varieties thrive in bright indirect light — a well-lit windowsill is ideal. Water when the top of the soil begins to feel slightly dry, ensuring thorough watering each time without letting the roots sit in standing water. Bonsai prefer humidity, so misting the foliage lightly or placing the pot on a pebble tray with water helps maintain moisture in Kuwait's dry climate. Keep away from air conditioning vents and direct harsh afternoon sun. The Carmona and Serissa prefer warmer indoor temperatures year-round, while the Zelkova can tolerate slightly cooler conditions.
